Coaching helps people recognise their potential, obtain qualification in their profession and integrate this in their own identity. As a coach, I assume that the answers to all questions of ongoing personal and professional development are already present in each person – they only need to be revealed. By respecting the competence of the coachee for his/her own development, I see myself as a poser of questions who supports him/her on the road to his/her particular answers. I help in discovering talents and strengths, recognising dead ends and making sure we are on the right path.
